DETROIT– The North American Car, Truck and Utility Vehicle of the Year Awards company introduced the 26 semifinalists for the honors, which will certainly be announced in January.
The semifinalists were culled from a listing of 47 vehicles, which connects for the longest checklist of eligible cars in the honors’ history. A document 19 battery-electric cars were qualified this year.

Fifty reporters from the United States as well as Canada vote on the honors, which are handed out annually.
